Anne is the Managing Director of The Riches Group, an established change leadership development company. Anne’s expertise lies in drawing together neuroscientific research with a wealth of hands-on change leadership experience to develop effective and resilient change leaders.
Real hands-on change leadership experience
Anne thrives on change and challenge.
Anne’s additional credibility and leadership comes from senior corporate roles as a change expert and leader, her early career in various legal roles and as human resources director for two leading international companies.
Anne has been a member of several Boards. She has also held over 30 leadership positions including President of the Women Lawyers’ Association of NSW and State and Territory Councillor of the Australian Human Resources Institute.
Anne is one of the best speakers in this country. Her material is extremely well researched and immensely valuable. You come away from her presentations understanding the content and, even better, knowing how to apply it. I would not hesitate in recommending Anne as a speaker for any event where an intelligent, articulate and engaging presenter is required.

She has been awarded Fellowships from Australian Institute of Company Directors, Australian Institute of Management, Australian Human Resources Institute and the Australian institute of Training and Development.
As author of a best-selling textbook on Management and Organisational Behaviour, now in its tenth edition, I have read with great interest Anne’s innovative and thought provoking work on the neuroscience of change and The Almond Effect®.
I am pleased to reference the work of Anne Riches in this major text as an internationally recognised leader in neuroscientific research and the management of change.
