Survey: Fear at Work

May I have just a moment of your time before you download the PowerPoint please?

No matter how successful, confident and competent we are at work – there is usually something that can make us jittery.

It could be giving a presentation, meeting with your manager, a performance review, asking for time-off, conflict with a team-mate, budget time or dealing with a change resistant employee – any number of things set off The Almond Effect.

To help me with my research, would you share with me something that makes you anxious, nervous or outright scared at work? If you can’t think of anything that makes you feel like that, tell me what you see makes other people apprehensive.

Fill in the form below, send it and then you’ll go straight to the download page for Managing Upwards, a presentation with lots of tips about how to get what you want from relationships including your boss!
