What is Realise2?
The purpose of this tool is to identify and develop strengths.
Just as competencies transformed how people were managed in organisations in the 1980’s and 1990’s, the Realise2 4M Model for holistic assessment and development will transform how people are managed in organisations in the next decade.
Designed by Capp (the Centre of Applied Positive Psychology), Realise2 has been taken by 70,000+ people around the world and is used by organisations including Avery Dennison, Aviva, Oracle and Ernst & Young.
The Realise2 Product Suite provides a range of strengths tools that help unlock the performance potential of individuals, teams and organisations through realising their strengths.
What does it do?
Realise2 4M identifies:
- Realised strengths (you perform these well so marshal these for optimum performance)
- Unrealised strengths (you perform these well so maximise their use)
- Learned behaviours (you do these well but they do not energise you – moderate their use)
- Weaknesses (you perform these poorly, they are draining and may cause performance problems and concerns – minimise these)
Reslise2 is ideal for:
